Pastis is the name of a popular aniseed aperitif liquor from the south of France – many a time the world has been changed by friends over a glass of “jaune” (yellow)! Pastis serves popular classic French food for lunch and dinner – cuisine that everyone loves.
This is the perfect place for a business lunch where, in a busy atmosphere just like in St Germain, you can enjoy steak frite, salade nicoise or a savoury galette. Dinner is more elaborate with snails , cassoulet , bouillabaisse or fish surrounded by amazing creative composition sauces.
